Since 2023, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has changed the way pilgrims from the UK and other Western countries perform Hajj. Packages are now provided only by Ministry-authorised companies in Saudi Arabia and booked through the official Nusuk Hajj platform.
A new way to book on Nusuk
UK travel agents and tour operators no longer sell Hajj packages or take payment for them.

Pilgrims register, choose a package and pay online through Nusuk Hajj, with an authorised provider such as Al Bait Guests.
Our Relationship with Al Bait Guests
Alhamdulillah, since Hajj 2023 we have had a strategic relationship with Al Bait Guests, a Ministry-authorised Hajj service provider. Their experienced Hajj guides support pilgrims with education, spiritual preparation and logistics at every stage, from registration to returning home to the UK.

Two routes to Hajj 2027. We can help with both.
The Nusuk route
The standard route for UK residents, booked through the official Nusuk Hajj platform with an authorised provider. We recommend Al Bait Guests and will support you from registration through to departure.
The Dual National route
If you hold a second nationality, you may be able to perform Hajj through that country’s arrangements. We will explain how it works, what is involved and whether it is right for you.
