Alhumdulillah, at Hajj 2023 Arif Hajj & Umrah Services partnered with Al-Bait Guests (Duyuf Al-Bait), one of the authorised Saudi Hajj service providers, as a strategic partner, and Hajj 2025 was a huge success. We are building on that success and are confident that Hajj 2026 will be enjoyable, memorable, and deeply spiritually uplifting.
Background
Important changes have been made to the way Hajj is organised for UK pilgrims. Since Hajj 2023 the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has appointed a number of local companies in Saudi Arabia who are authorised to organise Hajj for pilgrims travelling from the UK and other Western countries.
Packages can no longer be sold to British citizens & residents by UK-based Hajj tour operators or travel agents, nor can payments be collected by them.
Prospective pilgrims will have to book a package supplied by one of the authorised companies, such as Al Bait Guests, via NUSUK HAJJ (the official online Hajj portal). To enhance the pilgrim experience, Al Bait Guests employ experienced Hajj guides whose role is to provide educational, spiritual and logistical support — from registration through to performing Hajj and returning home.
Who Are Al-Bait Guests (Duyuf Al-Bait)?
Al-Bait Guests (formerly the Establishment of South Asia) is one of the largest Hajj service providers, operating for over 40 years and serving approximately 600,000 Hajj pilgrims from South Asia annually — almost a third of all pilgrims. They have consistently been recognised as an excellent service provider.
